Warrior set : the inca woman
The inca people were warriors that constitute in two centuries a huge realm within the heart of the Andes, from Colombia to Chile and Argentina. This realm was inhabited with different people that were united by a complex administrative system that was unique in History. The inca military force was reputable and very disciplined. The particular use of feathers for warriors outfits is inspiring as it fires imagination by its exoticism and its mysterious side. Even though women had few power in that civilization, except for the "Cocha", the sister-spouse of the emperor that she replaced in his absence, the inca arts inspired us to create this aerial set. It evokes the past splendors of this people that worshipped the Sun. The head gear is made of leather topped with crested fireback feathers and golden pheasant feathers. The arm band fits the head gear with its colors ans patterns. The loincloth is made of soft split leather, the cut and fastening system is inspired by genuine models. "Who never dreamt of these underground worlds,Of these distants sees full of legends,Or of unexpected wealth that one could conquerAt the bend of a path of the Andes. Who never dreamt of the supreme sunGuiding one steps within the Inca realm To wealth and histories Of the Seven Cities of Gold..."
