Fixed on a flexible metallic rod, this panicle of 3 volupté feathers, soft and dense, flesh out with locks of ostrich feathers, is very practical. Often used to improve a bunch of flowers, it can also be stung in hair or  winded around pieces of table decoration. If you shape it like a whirl, it can be a napkin ring or just disposed on the table. It's quite an interesting accessory for a wedding or a party.
