Polish lynx pigeon - 7-9cm - 1 pc - natural white-greyIt's a breeding pigeon. The race was created with rock drill and silesian pouter pigeons, at the end of the XIXe century, in Galicia, now shared between Ukraine and Poland. It's a short round pigeon, with an original plumage, that has a network pattern on the coat. This plumage can show 14 declensions of 4 colors : blue, black, yellow or red. This network pattern comes from an long oval mark on the feather, black-lined for the "blue" lynx pigeons. When the feathers are assembled, this marks look like scales or the hemline of a pullover. It's a curved feather, with very smart colors, stylized, nice for hat decoration, for a brooch, or to decorate your walls, alone in the middle of a canvas.
